1. Scope of Services

These Terms govern the use of:

• The Website: Our public-facing informational site.
• The Cloud Trial: The free, time-limited, cloud-based evaluation version of our software.

2. The Cloud Trial

2.1. Nature of the Trial

The Cloud Trial is provided solely for evaluation purposes to allow prospective clients to test the capabilities of Alesqui Intelligence.

2.2. Limitations

• Duration: The trial period is strictly limited to 14 days from the moment of account activation.
• Data Deletion: You acknowledge and agree that upon the expiration of the 14-day period, all data (including uploaded API definitions, configured agents, and chat history) will be permanently and automatically deleted from our servers.
• Availability: We do not guarantee uptime or availability SLAs for the Cloud Trial version.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.
• Corporate Use: The Service is intended for business and professional use. You agree to use a valid corporate email address for registration.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Our IP

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Alesqui Intelligence and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4.2. Your Content

You retain all rights to the API definitions (Swagger/OpenAPI files), Postman collections, and other data you upload ("User Content"). By uploading Content, you grant us a temporary license to process, store, and display said Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you during the Trial.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload any API definitions or data that contain illegal, offensive, or malicious content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Perform load testing or security scanning on our Cloud infrastructure without our prior written consent.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Cloud Trial service to third parties.

6. AI Disclaimer

Alesqui Intelligence uses advanced Artificial Intelligence models (LLMs) to generate responses.

• Accuracy: While we strive for high accuracy, AI models can occasionally generate incorrect or misleading information ("hallucinations"). You should verify critical information provided by the Service against your actual API documentation.
• No Professional Advice: The Service is a technical tool and does not constitute professional legal or financial advice.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Alesqui Intelligence be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Cloud Trial.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
