1. Information We Collect (Cloud Trial Only)

When you register for a free trial (Trial) on our cloud platform, we collect the following information:

A. Account Information

• Contact Details: Corporate email address.
• Credentials: Passwords (encrypted) required to access the trial platform.

B. User Content (Technical Files)

To evaluate the tool's functionality during the trial period, you may upload:

• API Definitions (Swagger / OpenAPI).
• Postman Collections.

Exclusive use for evaluation: These files are stored temporarily on our servers for the sole purpose of allowing you to test the generation of AI agents.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected during the Trial phase to:

• Provide the Trial: Allow you to evaluate the capabilities of the tool.
• Commercial Contact: Contact you (via support@alesqui.com) to assist you during the trial and discuss Enterprise licensing options.

Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Trial

In the Cloud Trial version, we use the OpenAI API (GPT-4o-mini model) to process requests.

• Data Processing: While your physical files (Swagger/Postman) remain hosted on Alesqui's servers, extracts of your API definitions (endpoints, parameters, descriptions) and the data returned by your API calls during the conversation are transmitted to OpenAI to generate the agent's responses.
• No Training: We guarantee that this data is NOT used to train OpenAI's public models. As per OpenAI's API data usage policies, data sent via the API is excluded from model training.

3. Data Retention and Trial Expiration

Our data retention policy for the trial version is strict to ensure your security:

• Trial Duration: The free trial account has a duration of 14 days.
• Automatic Deletion: Once the 14-day trial period has elapsed, all uploaded technical data (Swagger files, Postman collections) and configured agents will be automatically deleted from our systems.
• Enterprise Service Independence: Contracting the Enterprise (Self-Hosted) version is an independent process. We do not migrate technical data from the Trial version to the Enterprise version by default, ensuring a clean installation on your servers.
• Contact Data: After the trial period, we will retain only your commercial email address for communication purposes, unless you explicitly request its deletion.

4. Cookies

We do not use advertising tracking cookies. We only use technical cookies necessary to maintain your active session on the trial platform.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect information in our Cloud Trial version. However, for production environments with sensitive data, we strongly recommend our Self-Hosted (Enterprise) version, where security depends on your own controlled infrastructure.
